Welcome to the Danville Area Community College Foundation Scholarship Homepage

For the 2024-2025 academic year 100% of students that applied and are attending DACC have received a scholarship. The DACC Foundation was able to award a total of 857 scholarship valued at $1,000,059.

To proceed directly to the scholarship application, click the yellow Sign In button in the top right corner. This one application will put you in the running for all of the scholarships offered by the DACC Foundation for which you qualify. Please note that in order to log in, you will need your DACC username and password.

If you do not have a username and password, or have not attended DACC for the past two years please complete the Admissions Application (link is at the bottom of the page) at https://www.dacc.edu/applicationstudent-information-form After you complete this step it will take 6 hours until you can login to the scholarship system. THE DACC SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION OPENS ON JANUARY 6, 2025 AND IS DUE BY: MAY 1, 2025 NO LATE APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED

For students submitting applications for the 2025-2026 academic year: Complete the following steps:

• Answer all required questions.
• REQUIRED – Uploading your most current unofficial transcript. Transcripts must be through Fall 2024. For returning or previous DACC students you will need to contact the Records Department (link is at the bottom of the page) at records@dacc.edu and give them your name, student ID * and birthday. For current high school students, you will need to contact your high school counselor for your transcript.
• REQUIRED – Complete your personal essay a minimum of 500 words. The essay may be typed directly in the scholarship application or copied and pasted from a word document or google docs.
• REQUIRED – At least one letter of recommendation (the letter of recommendation can be uploaded or you can email a request directly from the application),
• Make sure you save your application. After you submit your application, your application will be reviewed for all required information and a conformation email will be sent within 48 hours confirming the status of your application.
• Submit your application upon completion before May 1, 2025.
